Crunchy Broccoli Salad

A crunchy salad always brings a smile to both old and young.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

3 cup Fresh Broccoli - Flowerettes Only

2 cup Canned French Cut Green Beans - Drained

1/2 cup Pimento Stuffed Olives - Chopped

1 cup Celery - Chopped

1 cup Ranch Dressing

Directions:

Chop the broccoli flowerettes into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl. Add the drained green beans, chopped celery and chopped olives. In a small bowl, combine the French's Spicy Brown Mustard and ranch dressing. Stir well. Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss. Top with French's Cheddar Onion Rings.
A great summer salad. Blue cheese salad dressing is also great to use in place of the ranch dressing.
