Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1.4 lb Boneless Top Loin Chops
1 cup Finely Chopped Apple
4 tsp Fresh Thyme Sprigs
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Apple Cider
Directions:
Mix Together chopped apple, French’s French Fried Onion Rings, 1 tsp. chopped thyme and basil. Set aside.
Heat Olive Oil in pan on Medium-High.
Salt and pepper chops to taste, then brown pork for 3 minutes on each side.
Add apple cider and 3 thyme sprigs to pork in the pan, bring to boil, and then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pre-heat oven on High Broil. (Remember to spray pan to reduce sticking). Remove pork from pan and place on broiler pan.
Top each chop with heaping spoonfuls for French’s French Fried Onion Ring & apple mixture. Brown topping in oven for 2-3 minutes until crunchy.
