Crispy Pagash Pizza

The whole family loves Pagash. It is a great alternative to regular pizza. It is very filling and kids love it!

1 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions


1 square pizza crust 1 box instant mashed potatoes (small box) 1 white onion 1/4 stick butter 1 package shredded mozzerella cheese 1 package shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup French's Cheddar french fried onions salt and pepper pan coating Preheat oven to 400 spray pizza pan with pan coating and place shell in it On top of stove Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to box drections In fry pan saute butter and onion about 3 minutes until onion is soft and golden (drain excess grease) Mix potatoes and onion together Stir in 1/2 of the cheddar and 1/2 of the mozzerella cheese Spoon mixture onto pizza crust and spread it evenly across crust. It should be about 1/2 inch thick. Top the mixture with remaining cheeses Top everything with french's Cheddar Fried Onions salt and pepper to your taste Place in oven and bake about 15-20 minutes or until crust starts to brown and cheese starts melting Turn broiler on quick to crisp up the top..only broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese slightly browns Remove/Slice/Serve
If you have more time you can peel and mash your own potatoes and grate fresh cheese.
