Quick and easy family meal that is healthy and delicious.

SERVINGS 4
COOK TIME 20 min
PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

4 (4) 3/4- to 1-inch-thick skinless halibut fillets (or other firm white fish)

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup Japanese Panko bread crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Pat fillets dry, and arrange in baking pan. Sprinkle salt all over fillets. Stir together French's horseradish mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl, then spread tops of fillets with half of mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with half of the panko crumbs. Turn fillets over and spread with remaining mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake until fish is just cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes, then broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until crumbs on top are golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
You can substitute French's Classic Yellow Mustard for the horseradish mustard, if you prefer. Delicious served with a vinegar-y cole slaw or your favorite green salad.
