Every holiday everyone asks about my potato salad. You can eat is warm or cold.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
5 lb Potatoes
2 cup eggs (chopped)
2 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Celery
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Onions (if desired)
Directions:
Start a pot of water for potatoes and put eggs in cool water first then heat till boiling add salt to water (15min). Cut potatoes in sm/med cubes boil 10 min. Chop 8 eggs--- Cut/chop celery (onions too if prefered). Drain potatoes and fold in mayo, french's yellow mustard, celery, eggs, and salt together and put in refrigerator. (do not mix too hard!!)
After being in the refrigerator for about 4-6 hours or even the next day add 1-2 tablespoon of mayonaise and 1 teaspoon of french's yellow mustard and refold/mix the potatoe salad. It will be creamy and delicious.
