You can use any kind of cream soup you like, I've used cream of chicken, cream of brocolli, etc. and it is all good. We especially love this over rice, with a side of green beans. This is a favorite chilly fall Sunday dinner. We always have extra Frenchs french fried onions to top it off after it is on our plates, too !
