COOK TIME 10 min
PREP TIME 20 min

Ingredients:

2 tsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

8 slices sourdough bread

4 slices deli ham

8 slices of cooked bacon

8 slices of deli swiss cheese

Directions:

1. Place a small sauce pot over medium low heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter in it. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute or so. Whisk in milk and bring to a bubble then drop heat to low, whisking constantly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard. When sauce coats back of a spoon, turn off heat. 2. To prepare each sandwich place 1 slice of swiss cheese and 1 slice of ham on bottom slice of bread. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mustard sauce over ham. Top with 2 slices of bacon and 1 more slice of swiss cheese; cover with top slice of bread. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Spread half of the remaining butter on the top slices of bread. 3. Place sandwiches on a hot electric grill pan, buttered side down. Spread tops with remaining butter. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes, until golden and cheese melts.
If a grill pan is not available, heat a nonstick skillet. Cook the sandwiches for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway though, until golden and sandwich is heated through.
