It tastes great and makes a ton--and my kids really like it. That makes me smile b/c I know they're getting a ton of veggies!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
2 lb Broccoli & Cauliflower
1 Potato
1 cup Onion
1 tbsp Garlic
4 tbsp Chicken Buillion Granules
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 tbsp butter
5 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Soften chopped garlic and onion in butter. Add broccoli & cauliflower and bullion granules and stir. Add in water and cook until veggies are very tender. Puree in batches and return to pan. Add cream, mustard and S&P to taste.
Add more or less mustard to taste. Use more or less cream depending on consistency desired. A garnish of greek yogurt or low fat sour cream is really good on top too.
