Creamy Baked Chicken Casserole

My kids are picky eaters and LOVE this!!! As soon as they hear we are having this they want to invite their friends over cause they love it too!!!

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

In large casserole dish, drizzle little olive oil on bottom. Place boneless chicken breasts on bottom. Cover with 1 can of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Onion Soup. Then about 1 cup or more of Frenches Fried Onions on top to cover all. Bake in a preheated oven of 375-400 for about 40 minutes or until crispy and brown and poultry is done. Serve over white rice. So good!!
SUPER EASY AND SO QUICK!!!! You can substitute boneless center cut pork chops too and use the cream of onion or cream of mushroom soup!!! Just as good!
