Crab Cake Sliders

Serving crab cakes that actually taste like crab always brings the kids, parents and grandparents running back for more.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

16 oz Crab Meat

2/3 cup Red Bell Pepper

1/2 cup Red Onion

1 tbsp Garlic

2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

2/3 cup Mayonaise

15 oz Potato Rolls

1/3 cup water

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Finely chop the red bell pepper and red onion. Mince the two cloves of garlic. Sauté all together till it starts to brown. Then mix crab meat, 1 cup of panko bread crumbs, sautéed veggies, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 French’s Honey Dijon Mustard, 1/3 cup of water, salt and pepper in a bowl. Break into small portions, roll into balls and then form into patties. With remaining cup of panko, coat each patty. Fry in oil at 350 degrees till golden brown. After fried, put on rolls and plate. With remaining Mayo and French's Honey Dijon Mustard mix together and top each crab cake.
Serve with any of your favorite sides.
