Country French Chicken

Tastes like a 4-star entree!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

4 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

6 chicken: skinless breasts

1/2 cup olive oil

4 garlic buds

1/2 cup butter

1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix diced garlic, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Wash & pat dry chicken breasts. Season with salt/pepper. Put a small amount of garlic/olive oil mixture on top of chicken. Sear in a coated pan with a teaspoon or two of olive oil in the pan, (medium heat) with mixture on chicken, pan side down, in the pan. Cook ten minutes. In another bowl, mix melted butter with the dried onions and breadcrumbs (crushed together in a plastic bag). Add the rest of the olive oil mixture to the top of the chicken breasts. Transfer skillet to a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Top breasts with the onions/breadcrumbs,and bake about 10 more minutes til brown.
Need to use an oven proof skillet, like cast-iron.
