This receipe actually started after a birthday party and 45 left over hot dogs. :)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
6 oz Cornbread mix
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp ground sage
1 cup shredded chedder cheese
8 hot dogs
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray non stick 13 x 9 pan with spray cooking oil, set aside. Mix package of cornbread mix, 1 egg, milk, black pepper, sage, cheese, and mustard in mixing bowl until well combined.
Cut the hot dogs into pieces and line the bottom of the pan with the cut pieces. Cover entire pan with hot dog pieces.
Pour cornbread mix over hot dogs, making sure to cover all the hot dogs. When finished sprinkle 1 cup french's fried onions on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes more.
