Friends smile when they taste the combination of the spicy remoulade sauce with chilled shrimp - it gives a fire and ice taste on the tongue!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cup mayonaise
1 tsp hot sauce
2 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
Directions:
Place shrimp in large pot of boiling water. Add salt. Boil until shrimp is pink, about 4 minutes. Drain. Chill for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together the mayonaise, French's Dijon Mustard, hot sauce, garlic, paprika, cayenne, and lemon juice. Refridgerate until shrimp is chilled. Serve chilled shrimp with spicy remoulade sauce.
This looks very nice served in a margarita glass with the remoulade sauce in the middle and the shrimp rimming the glass.
