CHOPPED GREEN SALAD

THIS IS A HEART HEALTH AND DELICIOUS SALAD WITH LOTS OF DIFFERENT FLAVORS AND TEXTURE, THE CRUNCHY ONIONS MAKE IT PERFECT!

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

6 cup HEAD ROMAINE LETTUCE

.5 cup SMALL RED ONION

1 cup MEDIUM TOMATOES

.25 cup BACON

.25 cup CILANTRO

.25 cup CUCUMBER

.25 cup PARMESAN

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

COOK BACON UNTIL CRISPY AND DRAIN, SET ASIDE. GRATE PARMSEAN AND SET ASIDE. ON A LARGE CUTTING SURFACE CHOP ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS INTO BITE SIZE PIECES AND THEN ADD BACON, PARMESAN, AND CILANTRO TO THE SALAD, CONTINUE TO CHOP AND MIX. ADD FRENCHS ONIONS ON THE TOP AND MIX WITH OLIVE OIL AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SERVE IMMEDIEATLY.
THE KEY TO THIS SALAD IS CHOPPING IT INTO SMALL PIECES AND MIXING THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL. IT'S SURE TO PLEASE AS A SIDE DISH OR MAIN COURSE
