Chopped Chicken Liver with Honey Mustard

Can be served hot or cold. Loved by adults and children!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1 lb Broiled chicken liver

1/2 cup 3 hard-boiled eggs

1/2 cup one large onion (saute)

2 tbsp oil

Directions:

Grind broiled chicken liver, eggs, and sauted onion. Add mustard, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
This is a delicious and famous Jewish dish. Often served on Jewish Shabbath afternoon at the beginning of meal or as part of main course. Also, can be served as a spread on crackers or on a tiny sliced pieces of bread.
