Chicken Salad

My family is always happy when I make it. I think it's because they like the different ways we can serve it and they can all eat it however they like, on a cracker, bell pepper, or in a scoop on the top of a bed of lettuce instead of dressing.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

3/4 cup canola or regular mayo

2 tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning

1 cup canned chicken

2 tbsp minced celery

1/2 cup gala apple

Directions:

Open can of chicken and drain. Flake the chicken in a bowl and add mayo, mustard, seasoning. Mince the celery and peel and dice the apple. Mix all and serve cold. Serve on wheat crackers (or any kind you like) or it is good on slices of red or yellow bell pepper, or celery. It is also good if you put a scoop on a bed of lettuce.
