Chicken meatloaf

Because it's a new take on a classic comfort food.

Ingredients:

6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

1 lb ground chicken, one 6 oz can French's fried onions,1/2 cup palin bread crumbs, 1/2 cup ketchup,1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1 egg. Lightly crush onions and reserve about one cup for topping. Mix together chicken, onions, egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, and one cup of the cheese, (save the other 1/2 cup of cheese for the topping). Form mixture into a meatloaf and bake at 350 for 40 minuets. Top meatloaf with the remaining French's onions and cheese and back for another 10 minuets.
I don't like spicy food but have been told this recipe is great with a little cayanne pepper or spicy mustard.
