Chicken Enchillidas

Yummy treat that the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

2 cup Boneless, Skinless Chicken, cubed

1 cup Green bell pepper

1 cup Salsa

8 oz Cream Cheese

3/4 lb Velveeta Cheese

1/4 cup milk

10 flour tortillas

Directions:

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish. 2. Sauté’ chicken in French’s Worcestershire Sauce until no longer pink in the center 3. Put cooked chicken, bell pepper, cream cheese, and half of salsa in a medium sauce pan and cook until all ingredients are melted together. 4. Cube Velveeta cheese and place in a microwave safe bowl with ¼ cup of milk. Microwave until cheese is melted. 5. Place chicken mixture in flour tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in casserole dish. 6. Pour Velveeta cheese mixture over tortillas, spread cheese out to cover. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Pour remaining salsa over the tortillas and serve.
