It truly tastes wonderful as there is a chemical interaction, so to speak, and you do not taste mustard nor mayo but rather a wonderful chicken coating.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/3 cup Best Food's Mayonnaise
2 lb chicken thighs, legs or breasts
Directions:
Combine mustard and mayonnaise. Coat each chicken piece with a generous portion of the mixture. Bake at 325 deg for one hour.
