This is very easily digested.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 cup Cooked shredded or ground chicken
2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
10 oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
15 oz Red Kidney Beans
1 cup Milk
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Sprinkle additional French's Fried Onions on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Great for left over roast chicken!
