It's quick and easy and my family loves it.
Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
4 cup bagged stuffing
14 oz chicken broth
10.50 oz cream of chicken soup
13 oz canned chicken breast
1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place stuffing in large bowl. Add broth, soup, chicken, corn, peas, salt and 3/4 cup of cheese. Mix until blended. Press into a 9x13 casserole. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Frenchs onions and remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Place in oven for 5 additional minutes, or until cheese is melted.
