It is a yummy creamy dish that is good over steamed rice to make it stretch even furthert
Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed, uncooked
18 oz Cream of chicken soup
3 cup Sour Cream
2 cup Round crackers, crushed
8 tbsp Melted Butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Cut up the chicken breast into cubes.spread evenly in the greased baking pan. Mix together the cream of chicken and sour cream in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture over the chiken. Crumble round crackers and sprinle on top. Sprinkle Frenches fried onions on top of crackers. Drizzle melted butter over crackers and Bake for 1 hour.
