Cheesy Tex-Mex Chicken Noodle Casserole

My recipe combines the creaminess of macaroni and cheese with spicy salsa and the crunch of French's Cheddar French Fried Onions. :)

Ingredients:

1.5 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1 10 3/4 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup

0.5 cup milk

1 cup hot salsa, chunky style

1.75 cup mexican blend shredded cheese

1.5 cup chicken, cooked and shredded

2 cup cavatappi pasta

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large sauce pan, combine soup, milk and salsa and heat until bubbling. 3. Stir in cheese, chicken, pasta and 1/2 c. of French's Cheddar French Fried Onions. 4. Pour mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish. 5. Crush remaining French's Cheddar French Fried Onions and sprinkle over mixture. 6. Place casserole dish in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
For a healthier dish, substitue lowfat milk and reduced fat- low sodium soup.
