Cheesy Sausage Coffee-Cake with Onion Pecan Streusel

Once you try it, you just can’t get enough. Unexpected flavor combination in a super moist coffee-cake. Not too sweet. If you like more sweetness, it's incredibly wonderful sitting in a pool of maple syrup.
