Cheesy Meatloaf Snackers

My entire family loves these delicious little snackers. It's the easiest way for me to get the kids in my family to eat onions, without hassle. In fact, they enjoy them so much, that it's the only thing they ever want me to make for them. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

COOK TIME 30 min
PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1.5 lb Ground Beef

1 tbsp Garlic (diced)

4 tbsp About Half an Onion (diced)

1 Can of Biscuits (10 count)

1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

6 tbsp Barbecue Sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees farenheit. 2.) Place the ground beef, onion, garlic, worchestershire sauce, 1 and a half cups of the french fried onions, and salt and pepper in a large bowl, and mix well. 3.) Spoon the ground beef mixture into 10 cups of a cupcake or muffin pan. Fill each cup 2/3 of the way, poke a small hole in the center, fill hole with some cheddar cheese, then finish filling the cups with a little more of the ground beef mixture, to cover the cheesy center. 4.) Bake the meatloaves for 10 to 12 minutes, yhen remove from oven and top off each one with a dollop of barbecue sauce, and a sprinkle of the remaining cheese and french fried onions, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes before removing and setting aside to cool. Biscuit Cup Directions 1.) Take another cupcake or muffin pan and turn it upside down, then spray the bottom lightly with a non-stick cooking spray. 2.) Open up the biscuit can, then take each biscuit and gently spread them over ten of the upside down cups. (Don't worry about covering the entire cup, you only need to cover about 2/3 of each cup.) 3.) Place the biscuits in the oven, and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. 4.) Once they're done, remove them and place them on a serving tray. Lastly, carefully take each meatloaf with a set of tongs and place it in a biscuit cup, then serve and enjoy!!!!!!
These little meatloaves are packed with flavor, and are surprisingly very filling. They're great as appetizers, or even for dinner. In any case, these savory little treats never last very long.
