Cheesy Meatloaf

This is a great alternative to traditional meatloaf.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 lb hamburger

1/2 cup onion

1/2 cup green pepper

1 egg

1 cup cheese crackers, crushed

2 cup Cheddar or American Cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except for cheese)in a large mixing bowl. Seperate mixture into 2 halves. Place 1 half of mixture in the bottom of a loaf pan. Cover mixture with cheese, layer with second half of hamburger mixture. Cover loaf pan with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove aluminum and drain excess grease from pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of meatloaf mixture and bake another 10 minutes to melt cheese.
Optional: Pour approximately 1/2 cup of tomato juice over mixture prior to cooking. Add garlic salt and other seasonings, or hot sauce to add flavor as desired.
