Cheesy Crunchy Potato Casserole

My kids love anything with cheese. If I can top it with French's Cheddar French Fried Onions - even better! This recipe is very easy and goes along with any main dish you would like to serve it with!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1 lb red potatoes

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup scallions

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cube the potatoes to about a one inch size. Cut the scallions on the diagonal into one-inch pieces. Mix the first five ingredients and the salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine the parmesan cheese and French's Cheddar French Fried Onions. Sprinkle evenly over potatoe mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and put in the hot oven. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and place in the oven to continue cooking for 10 more minutes to allow the cheese to become bubbly. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
