Cheesy Chicken Hashbrown Casserole

Everyone always loves this recipe! Kids will enjoy it and ask for seconds. Great to get everyone to the table at the end of the day! Perfect for all your picky eaters. This is a family favorite that you will come back to again and again.

Ingredients:

6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

10.75 oz 1 can of cream of chicken soup

10.75 oz 1 can of cream of celery soup

4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese(divided)

1 cup milk

1 lb 1/2 bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)

2 cup Cooked chicken (diced or shredded)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F spray a 9 x 13 in pan or casserole dish with cooking spray In a medium bowl combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, 2 cups of shredded cheese, 1/2 bag of thawed shredded hashbrowns, 1/2 of large can of French's Fried Onions,milk,salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well. Add mixture to the greased pan and place in oven for 40 mins. Remove casserole from oven and top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and the remainder of the can of French's Fried onions. Return to oven with topping and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Can subsitute canned chicken or 2 cups rotisserre chicken from the store for your chicken ingredient.
