My recipe brings smiles because everyone loves Frenchs Fried Onions and the cheese also helps. And it only has 6 ingredients, so it brings smiles to Moms as well.
Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1/4 lb velvetta
14.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
14.5 oz asparagas canned (3) cans
1 tbsp minced garlic (fresh)
1 tsp pam cooking spray (olive oil)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350..in a med size bowl mix all of the ingredients, saving the asparagas for last, because they brake up so easy, and put only 1 cup Frenchs Fried onions in mixture, next pour the mix into a lightly sprayed 9x13 pan, last thing is to pour the last cup of Frenchs Fried Onions all over top and bake for 20 minutes.
