Simple & delicious! Everyone loves this dish & I never have leftovers. Perfect for your non-meat eating loved ones. My granddaughter requests this dish all the time.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products
6 oz FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
10.75 oz Cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp Frank's original hot sauce
16 oz Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
1 lb Frozen baby peas - partially thawed
1 lb Frozen regular peas - partially thawed
1/4 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray
2. Mix soup, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, dressing & water together
3. Layer 1/2 bag of regular peas & 1/2 bag of baby peas in sprayed pan
4. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over peas (no need to mix together)
5. Sprinkle 3 oz (1/2 can) of French's Cheddar Cheese French Fried Onions over pea & soup mixture
6. Repeat steps 3-5 using remaining peas, soup mixture & cheddar cheese french fried onions
7. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over entire dish
8. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until top is browned & bubbly (if top is browning too quickly you can cover with aluminum foil)
