This is not your typical fry-using French’s Cheddar French Fried Onions; I turn this classic into a truly decadent treat.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
1/2 tsp Salt
1 lb Small, peeled Potatoes
2 cup Sunflower Oil
Directions:
1.) Fill small bowl with Cheddar French Fried Onions, and grind gently to produce a fine crumb.
2.) Slice each potato into 7 thick wedges. Fill Lg. skillet with sunflower oil, bring to boil, and then add potato wedges to fry for 10 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on kitchen cloth.
3.) Then places fried wedges into a bowl, add ground Cheddar French Fried Onions, and slowly tossed together, so that each wedge is covered in the mixture. Place on plate for presentation and...Eat!
