Caesar Salad with a twist

It's garlicky, light and delicious!!!! Great for a summer meal or appetizer.

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tsp anchovie paste

1 oz egg

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3/4 cup fresh grated parmeson cheese

5 cup Romaine lettuce

5 tbsp fresh minced garlic


place egg and olive oil in a shaker jar (prefeably for serving dressing) but big enough to wisk all ingredients. Immulsify (with wisk) egg and olive oil until thick, add anchovie paste, Frenchs Worcestershire sauce, and garlic, wisk until well blended. Add parmeson cheese, salt and pepper, stir or shake to blend. Cut romaine lettuce into nice bite size pieces, (about 5 cups) wash and spin, place in a bowl. Add dressing and French's French Fried Onion Rings, toss to coat thoroughly. Serve immediately!
