Brunchie Munchies

FInally you can get all the flavors of a full Sunday brunch without having to get up early! With short prep and cook times, Brunchie Munchies have the versatility and taste to please any crowd. 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 Bakery Croissant

1/2 cup Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

3 Slices Pre-cooked bacon, heated until crisp

5 Eggs

4 tbsp Half & Half

3 tbsp Syrup

1/2 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice croissant in half lengthwise and tear each half into 12 small pieces. Press each piece into the bottom of each cup in a non-stick mini muffin tin (24 cups total). Sprinkle cheese over the croissant pieces in each cup. Crumble the French's French Fried Onions with your fingers and sprinkle over each cup. Repeat with the bacon. In a large measuring cup or bowl with a spout, whisk eggs, half & half, syrup, French's Spicy Brown Mustard and salt. Pour egg mixture into the mini muffin cups. Bake in center of oven for 9-11 minutes or until puffed and set. Serve warm.
Brunchie Munchies will puff during baking, but shrink slightly after removal from the oven. Cool for 1-2 minutes, then run a small metal spatula or knife around the edges of the muffin cups for easy removal.
