Brocoli Ginger Slaw

My daughter likes it when I come up with unusual ingredient combinations. The first time she tasted this she said, "The ginger really does it" and she smiled.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 lb prepared brocoli slaw mixed with red cabbage and carrots

1 cup granny smith apple, shredded

3/4 cup fresh gingerroot, shredded

1/2 cup mayonaise

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl mix shredded brocoli, granny smith apple, and fresh ginger root. Add frenchs mustard and crushed garlic to mayonaise and mix well. Fold mayonaise into slaw. Refrigerate.
I serve this slaw with my BBQ Pork sandwiches on top with a kaiser roll.
