Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 EGG
2 tbsp PLAIN FLOUR
1/2 cup SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
1 tsp GREEK SEASONING
4 BONELESS PORKCHOPS
Directions:
SPRINKLE GREEK SEASONING OVER CHOPS. PAT FLOUR ONTO SEASONED CHOPS.
MIX TOGETHER EGG, MUSTARD AND WORCHESTER SAUCE IN A SMALL BOWL , DIP THE CHOPS INTO MIXTURE THEN COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE IN OVEN PROOF PAN AND BAKE IN A PREHEATED 425 DEGREE OVEN FOR 40 MINUTES.
I USE CHOPS ABOUT 1/2 INCH THICK , VERY LEAN. I USUALLY BUY A WHOLE TENDERLOIN AND CUT MY OWN CHOPS AND ROASTS FROM THAT.THAT WAY WHEN I FIND PORK ON SALE I CAN CUT AND CONTROL THE QUALITY.
