Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1.5 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
.5 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
.5 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Cut 2 lbs. of chicken into quarter sized cubes.
Spice to taste (salt, pepper, garlis, paprika). Set aside.
In bowl, beat egg, mix in 1/2 cup French's Classic Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup French's Spicy Mustard.
Add 1 1/2 cups of corn starch slowly, beat rapidly until you have a smooth slurry.
Mix in chicken. Make sure slurry coats chicken.
Heat cooking oil in cast iron skillet to medium high.
Remove 1/2 of chicken from slurry, place on plate.
Using fingers, slowly place chicken pieces (one at a time) into skillet. Pieces should not touch each other.
Cook until slurry doesn't stick to pan (1 minute or so).
Gently flip to other side. Reduce heat to medium.
Cook both side thoroughly, 4-5 min. per side.
If using a 10" skillet, you'll have to cook chicken in two batches.
Drain excess oil after cooking, return chicken to skillet and reduce heat to simmer.
Mix 2 cups of French's Fried Onions and 1 1/2 cups of French's Honey Mustard in a bowl, mix then spoon onto top of chicken (do not stir).
Simmer for five minute.
Remove skillet from stove, place chicken under broiler until you get a good, bubbly, slightly blackened crust.
If not using a cast iron skillet, broil with proper ovenware.
This recipe can also be used as an appetizer by piercing chicken with toothpicks and serving on a platter.
Enjoy!
