Blue Cheese Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

How can you go wrong with blue cheese and bacon? You take a classic meatloaf and add some phenomenal flavor and you have a winning combo. Meatloaf doesn't have to be boring anymore.

Ingredients:

2 tsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1 lb Lean Ground Beef

1 cup Blue Cheese

6 Bacon

1 Onion, diced

2 tbsp Butter

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In small saucepan, melt butter and add diced onion. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender. 3. Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, add ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, spicy brown mustard, worcestershire sauce. Mix until combined. Add blue cheese and combine. Add cooked onions. 4. In greased loaf pan, place meatloaf mixture. Place strips of bacon over top. 5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
