Coat each patty with crushed French Fried Onions. Place on rack and bake at 420 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until meat thermometer indicates 180 degrees for well done. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. Serve on bun with favorite toppings.
This is a recipe passed from my grandmother to my mother. My family continues to request these burgers and even call from college to get the recipe. The main change I have done over the years is take if from the frying pan to the oven.
