Beef Pie

I made this dish when I first got married over 40 years ago and I still love to make it. It was one of the first dishes I learn to prepare and it remains a family favorite.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 lb lean ground beef

3 oz 1 egg beaten

1/2 cup onion chopped fine

1/2 cup ketchup

2 cup cooked mashed potatoes

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix hamburger meat with Frenchs spicy brown mustard, French's Worcestershire sauce,1 beaten egg, ketchup and onions. Mix well. In the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish layer the cooked mashed potatoes and top with meat loaf mixture. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 375. In the last five minutes, top the meatloaf with the French's fried onions. Cut meatloaf-potatoe mixture into four squares.
