Beef Cornish Pastie Pie

When I was a teenager, my Mom made a variation of this recipe. She and I were running errands on a Saturday, and while we were gone, my brother, ate the entire pie for a snack. I'll never forget that day, and each time I make this recipe it takes me right back to my teen years and that Saturday.
