BBQ Chicken and Crispy Onion Salad

This is our "go to" dinner after a hectic day and I all I need to do is to swing by the supermarket to pick up all ingredients, spend a few minutes pulling it all together and putting a favorite "fast food" on the table!

Ingredients:

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

4 cup shredded BBQ Rotisserie Chicken (from the deli or grocery store)

1 cup barbecue sauce (homemade or bottled)

1 bag (10 oz) chopped romaine lettuce

1/2 cup ranch dressing (homemade or bottled)

3 tbsp barbecue sauce (homemade or bottled)

2 cup Cole Slaw (from deli or supermarket)

2 Large tomatoes, quartered

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

1. In a large bowl toss together the shredded chicken, barbecue sauce and 1 cup of the French’s French Fried Onions. 2. Divide the chopped romaine among individual plates. Stir together the ranch dressing and 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Drizzle romaine with the dressing. 3. Top each plate with equal amounts of chicken, a large spoonful of cole slaw, and the tomatoes. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of French’s French Fried Onions over the tops of salads and serve.
These are big dinner salads and all you need to complete the meal is a fat slice of (store-bought) apple pie and a glass of milk!
