This is a great recipe for the summer, grilling season! it is light, heatlthy and so easy to make! it can be made the night before and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours, so no fuss! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Orange Marmalade
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
1 tbsp Galic Powder
1.5 lb Chicken Breasts
Directions:
Combine first 6 iongredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Pour ingredients in a gallon size zip lock bag
Pound the chicken breasts with the back of a spoon to flatten them out a bit and place them in the bag with the marinade
Let the chicken sit for at least 30 minutes (this can be done the night before as well)
Take out and place chicken breasts on a hot grill and let each side cook about 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
