Barbecued Steaks

The mesquite smoked steaks and the sauce go very well together.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 cup Red wine

3 tbsp Olive oil

3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp Olive oil

8 oz Tomato sauce

6.5 oz Mushrooms

Directions:

Take a large plastic bag and place the red wine, worcestershire sauce, 3 tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and the steaks used. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Turning once. When ready take the steaks out. Place the mushrooms and the olive oil and place in a sauce pan and saute the mushrooms. When mushrooms start to brown, add the marinade tomato sauce and the marinade and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Keep warm until service. Barbecue steaks with mesquite wood.
To serve, place each steak on a serving plate and spoon the sauce over the steaks.
