Baked Zucchini Fries

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (30 % less Sodium)

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 Fresh Zucchini

1/2 cup Wheat flour

1 Egg

1 tsp Dried parsley

1 tsp Dried oregano


Use vegetable scrubber and scrub/wash 2 large fresh zucchini's. Cut each zucchini in half and then lengthwise into 8 slices each. Roll each piece in wheat flour and set aside on wax paper or paper plate. Break egg into small bowl,adding FRENCH's low sodium worcestershire, FRENCH's Classic Yellow mustard and approx 1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste). Set aside. On separate paper plate, crunch approx. 1 cup of FRENCH's Fried Onions, the dried parsley and oregano. Dip each piece of zucchini into egg mixture and then roll in fried onion and herb mixture. Place on lighly greased baking sheet and bake @ 425' on each side - turning approximately every 5 minutes, or until desired crispness and golden brown.
Optional* Delicious dipped in dressing made with equal parts mayonaise and low-fat sour cream, 1 tsp. Italian herbs, 1 tsp. lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
