Baked Reuben

People bite in the first time and smile, thinking, what a wonderful Reuben!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

11 oz cream of mushroom soup

1.5 cup whole milk

12 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped

15 oz sauerkraut, drained and rinsed

10 oz uncooked egg noodles

2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the soup, milk, onion, corned beef, and mustard. Set aside. 3. Spread sauerkraut evenly in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread uncooked noodles over sauerkraut. Spoon soup mixture over noodles, and sprinkle with cheese. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with rye bread crumbs, and sprinkle mixture over cheese. 4.Cover, and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove cover, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
easy dish to prepare and will delight most Reuben lovers, I like to add some French's Yellow Mustard on top when I eat!
