Directions:
Use microwavable baked potatoes. Microwave potato for 8 minutes as directed. Next, slice potato in half and gently chop leaving the potato open face. Then pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the potato and sprinkle with garlic/pepper seasoning. Spread a 1/4 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the potato. Scatter 2 tbsp. of French's fried Onions over the chesse. Lastly, microwave for 35 seconds.
