Bagel Tomato Open Sandwich

Nothing can beat a garden fresh tomato for a hot summer lunch or light dinner. This recipe is so quick and easy with so little clean up, everyone is happy-even the cook!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

Directions:

Toast bagel in either wide toaster or toaster oven. Spread bagel liberally with cream cheese. Slice a garden fresh tomato and place slices over toasted bagel. Top with French's horseradish mustard,honey dijon, spicy brown or honey mustard (use your favorite!) Salt/pepper to taste. Serve remaining tomato on the side and enjoy!
