Bacon-Nutty Cookies

My husband loves bacon AND he loves the savory taste of French's Worcestershire. Just add some peanut butter and pecans, and you get a big SMILE out of him :0)

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 large egg, beaten

1/2 cup real bacon pieces

3/4 cup Chopped pecans

3 tbsp granulated sugar


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium mixing bowl, beat the egg. Add French's Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar( make sure there are no lumps), peanut butter, bacon pieces and chopped pecans. Mix thoroughly. Drop the dough ( it will be soft) by heaping tablespoonsful onto tow medium non-stick cookie sheets, placing the cookie dough about 1" apart. Using fork tines dipped in sugar, make criss-cross on tops of cookies. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, being careful not to burn bottoms of cookies. Remove and cool slightly, then transfer to cooling rack.
Dough will be soft. Makes 18 medium-sized cookies. Recipe is easily doubled.
