Bacon Onion Chicken

This recipe brings smiles because it is easy to make for mom or dad and it is delicious to eat!

Ingredients:

2.8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 lb 6 large chicken breasts

1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled

10 oz cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Line the bottom of a 9x13 greased pan with chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and crumbled bacon together and spread on chicken. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Add fried onions on top and bake 15 minutes longer (if onions start to brown, cover with foil).
I make this for my children's teachers, new moms, and people recovering at home. Both adults and children will LOVE this recipe. It is so easy to make ahead of time and put in the oven. It tastes great with mashed potatoes because we use the sauce from the chicken dish on top of the potatoes. ENJOY!!
