Bacon, Cheddar Meatloaf

Delicious! It's a definate comfort food that reminds you of a hamburger.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 lb hamburger

1/4 cup bacon bits

1 egg

1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

Pulse onions in a food processor. Set 2 tbsp. aside for the topping. Mix together hamburger, egg, bacon bits, bread crumbs, and French fried onions until well combined. Place in a loaf pan and pat down. Cook for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. During the last 10 minutes you'll put the topping on. While meatloaf is cooking prepare sauce topping. Stir ketchup, brown sugar, and yellow mustard together until well combined. At the 30 minute time mark you'll pour the sauce on top of the meatloaf and sprinkle with onions you had set aside and extra bacon bits if you choose.
